Night has Fallen

So long Auckland. It was fun, but I've moved on. Don't feel hurt. It's not you, it's me. Time to head to new ground (Christchurch). You know I'll be back. We have so much more to do together. I just need some space right now.

Got to use my little gorilla travel tripod to take these shots. One on the left is with my SLR, one on the right is my little digi. I'm so excited that the tripod lets me take night-time photos that are actually focused. Only problem I had was finding a place to put the tripod and still be able to frame my shot. That's why I don't have as good a night shot of the full tower as I do from the day. I do, however, think my close-up night shot is even better than my close-up day shot.
