Bright Sunshiney Day

It has been raining all week. The weather outlook is that the worst of the storm will hit today. I haven't been taking my camera to work, because of the rain. For the most part, I haven't missed out on anything. However, Tuesday evening the storm broke a little before sunset and the sky poked out behind its cloud cover. The colors were soft and beautiful and the clouds were stunning. That is when I wished I had brought my camera. I would have pulled the car right over and snapped away for the 10 min it lasted.

Alas, I was not prepared. But the silver lining is that I'm going to share more pictures from my hike. Some of the colors in this flower are the same as what I saw in the sky that day. I hope you enjoy.
