"Graffiti", Revisited

Saw this while walking to pick something up on Telegraph for Mom. I really like this sort of sign for a business, especially one who's market is under 30. I hate to see plain walls and this is colorful and eye-catching. Can't really call it graffiti since it was obviously commissioned and even has lights set up around it to make it visible at night. But it is definitely painted in the graffiti style. It makes me think back to my graffiti discussion awhile back. I wonder how this would be categorized: advertisement, "graffiti", or wall mural? I'd go with graffiti-styled advertisement, but that's just me; don't know if a consensus would see it that way.
