Life Today, Art Tomorrow

So today this acts more as a blog than a place to post "art". Neither of these pictures is particularly good and both are definitely grainy. But it was my life Christmas Eve. I went over to my aunt and uncle's home and had a very lovely evening filled with great food and drink and even better company. Aunt Carol and the girls set a beautiful table (that's tomato soup you see, the first course - after appetizers naturally). I thought it incredibly sweet of them to set pictures I had given them last year on the table. A very thoughtful touch. It was wonderful to see my cousins again and to just relax with my family. They also gave me a new play toy that will hopefully help my photography in the New Year. :) Ah, a mystery for you to solve...
