I know, I know, enough with the giraffes already right? This will be the last picture of a giraffe in the series. I just couldn't resist showing just how big these animals truly are.
Coming soon... a very cute vulture makes her debut. Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! And possibly some mamas with their babes. I haven't quite decided yet. What I'll post tomorrow is still a mystery to me. Look for the vulture on Monday. You will not believe how sweet she really is.
(P.S. With the rain and gray skies here, rerun week couldn't have come at a better time. Plus, I have to work way too much for too little this week. At least this means I'm free to venture out for New Years!)
P.P.S. I have no idea who the woman in the picture is. Just someone who was also on the photo safari.
Is this real? Fabulous shot!

@Sidonie: Yup, it's real. I'm glad you like the shot. :) The only things I did in Photoshop was slightly adjust the contrast, because it scanned in a little light, and crop off the edges because my scanner adds a white frame for some reason. That crazy size difference is all mother nature.
Great scale contrast and superb colours.

@badala: Thank you! This was one of my favorite shots from the photo safari. My skills in high school were a bit uneven; a lot of the pictures I found were either blurry or poorly framed. But I was learning and did manage to get some good ones too. :) Thanks for stopping by and giving me some feedback.
This is a wonderful shot! Bravo!
