Winged Box

Yes, for you Bay Area people, I admit it. This picture was not taken today. You can tell because of the lack of pouring rain, can't you? But it was taken this month. That counts right?

I'm not sure exactly what this is. It's probably a power box of some sort, although I don't know that proper name for it. Not all of them have angels on them. I found one about three blocks or so away with a construction worker on it. I'm sure there must be more of the decorated power boxes, but so far I've only encountered two on my brief walks around Emeryville.
